When I arrived at Novelis, I was immediately struck by the richness of the proposed model and the human qualities of the partners and the teams. Novelis is a hybrid structure halfway between a startup, a consulting firm, a software publisher and a service company. What I love about my role as a project manager at Novelis is that it’s challenging. It’s more than just managing a single project from initialization to closure. I act as a business analyst for most of my missions, and combine that with my project management skills in order to efficiently deliver value to our clients. In both RPA or traditional IT projects, each mission is as interesting as one gets.
